Reproduce the demo

  • Download the MNI152 viewer here
  • Unzip the file, open file RAVE_MNI_template.html, a MNI152 template viewer
  • Drop the surfaces folder (or any surface of your choice) as demonstrated in the animation above
  • The surface will show up in the viewer.
    • You may change the color by expanding control panel > Custom Geometry Settings > Configure ROI Surfaces > “your_surface_filename” > Color
  • To clear the object, open Configure ROI Surfaces > Clear Uploaded Surfaces
